Five miles from the New Mexico border, an earthquake measuring seven-point-five on the Richter scale shook the small town of Coyote Pass, Texas at exactly six p.m. causing a blackout. The ground was cracked for miles. A shrouded figure arose out of one of the fissures.
The seven members of the Cottonwood Pack thought the blackout was really cool especially since it hit on Halloween night. They load a case of beer and their Ouija board into the minivan. Drive to the abandoned Dark Corners Cemetery, hoping to conjure up a ghost or two.
Something much more terrifying is already there. Waiting. Watching.
